The Daily Path App

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

Account Responsibility

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at tom@quietsetups.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate responses. Outputs are produced by an AI language model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional business, legal, medical, or financial advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on the App's output. Conversation data is transmitted to the Anthropic API to generate responses; Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy at anthropic.com.

Acceptable Use

The App is a personal productivity tool. You agree not to enter any personally identifiable information about third parties — including client names, patient information, health data, or any information protected under HIPAA or other applicable privacy laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with any professional or regulatory obligations that apply to you.

Data Storage

The App stores your email address, hashed password, system prompt configuration, conversation history, and session scorecards. Conversation history is retained for 12 months on a rolling basis. Your system prompt configuration is retained for the life of your account. Upon account termination, all data is deleted within 30 days. We do not sell your data or use your conversation history to train AI models.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting tom@quietsetups.com.

Refunds

Our current policy is a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the App is not working to your satisfaction after seven consecutive days of use, contact tom@quietsetups.com for a full refund.

The Daily Path App

The following additional terms apply to users of The Daily Path web application ("the App"), accessible at app.quietsetups.com.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
